• 1st Step: Before use the X-Med Non-Elastic Sport Tape, make sure that the skin area to be applied, is clean and dry
• 2nd Step: Cut a strip of the desired length from the roll and start applying it to the affected area by stretching it. The first and last centimeters of the strip you have cut, should be applied to the skin without stretching
• 3rd Step: Rub carefully the area you have applied the tape, so that the adhesion is done correctly

Precautions: In case of swelling, loosen the tape and bandage again or replace it with a new one.

Contraindications: Do not reuse the tape and dispose of as infectious waste material. Do not use on infants or sensitive skin. Do not use on infected wounds without medical supervision. Do not use in cases of sensitivity to the product or sensitivity to the adhesive tape.

Delivery in Greece:

Order delivery to destinations in Greece is carried out via our logistics partner Speedex Courier, from Monday to Friday, with an estimated delivery time set at 1 to 3 working days. In hard-to-reach destinations the estimated delivery time is set at 2 to 5 working days.

Shipping fees are as follows:

• Free delivery for orders over 40,00 euro.
• For orders less than 40,00 euro: The shipping fee is 2.50 euros. In case of payment by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 1.50 euro is added for cash on delivery costs.

Order delivery to destinations in Europe countries is carried out via our logistics partner DHL, from Monday to Friday, with an estimated delivery time set at 2 to 5 working days. Shipping fees are as follows:

• Free delivery for orders over 70,00 euro.
• For orders less than 70,00 euro the shipping fee is 14,90 euro.
