PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your Online Order in one of the following ways:
1. CASH ON DELIVERY
Payment for orders by cash on delivery is accepted only for destinations within the Greek territory placed at www.medisei.gr. This service has a fee of 1.50 euros. This payment method is not available for orders over €500.
2. CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
When payment is made by credit or debit card, the process is completed by transfer to the bank’s secure and controlled environment, ensuring the confidentiality of the transaction. The customers will be automatically transferred to ALPHA BANK's secure environment where they will complete the payment. Card details are never stored in our systems.
Visa and Mastercard credit, debit and prepaid cards are accepted.
Transaction Security
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi e-Commerce" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
3. PAYPAL
To facilitate consumer purchases, the option to pay for the order via PayPal's secure environment is also available. Additional identification information may be requested from the consumer upon delivery of the order.
4. BANK DEPOSIT
This payment method is only available for orders made from Greece and delivered to destinations within the Greek territory placed at www.medisei.gr. The customer can pay for the order placed in our online store by bank deposit to the following accounts.
The customer's name and order number must be filled in the the appropriate field. After completion, the deposit slip must be sent to [email protected] within 2 days at the latest.
If a deposit is made to a bank other than the ones listed below, any transaction costs are borne by the customer.

SHIPPING METHODS AND SHIPPING FEES
Orders are processed and delivered on business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 1:00pm are processed the same day, while those placed on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are delivered by our logistics partner to the address that the customer has indicated while filling in the relevant details during the ordering process or in the registration form, in the case of a registered user.
After the package has been dispatched from the company's Warehouse, the consumer will receive a notification e-mail to the e-mail address stated when filling in his details, containing the order’s shipment number and the relevant order tracking link.
As described in section 2.3 hereof, the company is not responsible in cases of delayed delivery or failure to deliver the ordered products, due to reasons of force majeure (extreme weather phenomena, strikes, etc.), but must inform the "customer" so as he/she can state whether he/she wishes to complete the transaction under the new conditions.
1. DELIVERY IN GREECE
Order delivery to destinations in Greece is carried out via our logistics partner Speedex Courier, from Monday to Friday, with an estimated delivery time set at 1 to 3 working days. In hard-to-reach destinations the estimated delivery time is set at 2 to 5 working days. Shipping fees are as follows:
Free delivery for orders over 40,00 euro.
For orders less than 40,00 euro:
The shipping fee is 2.50 euros.
In case of payment by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 1.50 euros is added for cash on delivery costs.
2. DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Order delivery to destinations in the following countries is carried out via our logistics partner DHL, from Monday to Friday, with an estimated delivery time set at 2 to 5 working days. Shipping fees are as follows:
Free delivery for orders over 70,00 euro.
For orders less than 70,00 euro the shipping fee is 14,90 euro.
