Our company makes every effort to provide the best possible service to its customers. The creation of our e-shop marks the beginning of a dynamic interaction between us and our consumers, bringing our products to you at any time by navigating our website. Our e-shop is addressed to all internet users who wish to receive information about the products we offer, in combination with the ability of making purchases through the online store (e-shop), by placing an online order, always subject to the availability of the company's stock.
To better facilitate consumer purchases, “Medisei” online store serves Greece via www.medisei.gr and the rest of the listed countries via www.medisei.eu, and the e-shop’s operation from these addresses is governed by the same Terms and Conditions of Use as described herein.
The terms of use listed below govern the display, presentation, sale, transfer, delivery, and possible return of the products displayed on this website, as well as the protection of consumers' personal data and the security of their transactions. Consumers are invited to carefully read these terms of use, before navigating "Medisei" and making their purchases. Subsequently, the navigation and the purchases made by consumers through our online store signify the simultaneous and unreserved acceptance of the terms of use listed below. These General Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time and without notice. Visitors/users/consumers are requested to periodically check the content.
2.TERMS OF USE
The following terms and conditions apply to the access and use of the online store under the name "Medisei", located at the online addresses www.medisei.gr and www.medisei.eu. Every user who visits and transacts or uses the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as "visitor" and/or "user", and/or "member”, and/or "customer", and/or "consumer", depending on whether the visit is limited to store browsing only or online ordering of products as well) is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the following terms and conditions set forth herein, without any exception. In case that the user does not agree with these terms, then the user must refrain from visiting, using the website, providing personal information, as well as transacting in any other way or utilizing the services of the online store.
2.1. GENERAL TERMS
The company reserves the right to freely modify, renew, upgrade, or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions of the online store, whenever it deems necessary, and undertakes the obligation to inform consumers of any change, via the pages of this online store. We recommend that you regularly visit the relevant web pages to keep informed about the current Terms and Conditions. Also, the company reserves the right at any time and without justification and without any prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member "Medisei" to abort, suspend or terminate the operation of www.medisei.gr and/or www.medisei.eu
The visitor/user/member/consumer of "Medisei" acknowledges and unconditionally accepts all the above, just by browsing or using the services of www.medisei.gr Contracts through the online store are drawn up in the Greek and English language. In case of divergence between the Greek General Conditions and Terms of Service and the ones rendered in English, the meaning and interpretation of the Greek language will prevail.
2.2. INFORMATION AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED
The company is committed to the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the information listed at the online store, regarding the identity of the company as well as the transactions carried out through the online store (e-shop). The company makes every effort to present the available products and their essential characteristics as accurately as possible. It also makes every effort so that the products, whenever they appear on the website during the navigation of each "user", are presented in a way that is accurate and identifies with their real image and characteristics. However, the company is not responsible and does not guarantee that the content of the website (such as descriptions, images, colors, features, etc.) is complete, accurate or error-free at any given time.
2.3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The company makes every effort to ensure that visiting our online store is harmless for the user and his own electronic equipment. However, the company as well as the administrator of the website, even if they acted negligently, are not responsible for any form of damage suffered by the visitor/user of the website, of the services, options and contents of the website, to his equipment (such as for example from viruses, etc.), given that anyone's ability to access the company's website cannot exclude the creation of operational errors due to illegal actions.
The company does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed on the online store but must inform the "customer" based on the information kept about the availability status of the products, and undertakes, in the event of a change regarding this information, to promptly inform the "customer" about the unavailability, therefore in this case the company bears no further responsibility.
Also, the company, through the transactions on its online store (e-shop), is not responsible and does not bear any criminal liability and has no obligation to compensate for any harm or damage that may be caused to consumers/users/visitors by the non-fulfillment of an order due to unavailability or due to the delay in its fulfillment for a reasonable period of time. If the delay is due to a force majeure event or outside the company’s control, the company is not liable to the user.
FORCE MAJEURE
The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising as a result of late deliveries or total or partial failure to fulfill any order due to events beyond its control, such as the forced stoppage of all or part of the means of production, total or partial strikes, including those affecting the company or its suppliers, counter-strikes, interruptions or suspensions of means of transport, supply problems (such as problems with access to raw materials), and generally any events considered as "force majeure" by the jurisprudence of the Greek Courts.
2.4. ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
The act of placing an order on the company's online store (e-shop) constitutes a distance sales contract and is regulated by the provisions of Law 2251/1994, as amended, as well as by the relevant European Regulations.
The ability of placing a valid order on our online store is available to the consumer, provided that the consumer is a natural person, legally competent under the corresponding provisions of the Civil Code, (above the age of 18 and not under judicial support that deprives the right to enter in a contract of sale).
2.5 FAIR WEBSITE USE
The consumer, by using this website and/or by placing an online order, undertakes:
A. To use the website exclusively for browsing, placing orders, or posting inquiries without any misleading, abusive, defamatory, or irrelevant to the website’s purpose content.
B. To not place fake orders. In case the company considers that an order is fake, it has the right to reject it and notify the responsible authorities.
C. To provide correctly and accurately his/her e-mail address, as well as other contact information, in assistance to the company. Also, the consumer, following the disclosure of said information, accepts and already consents that the company has the right to use the aforementioned information to communicate with the consumer in case this is deemed necessary.
D. To not make improper use of this website, knowingly and fraudulently transmitting to it "viruses" and other malicious software or technologies that prove to be harmful. The consumer is not allowed to attempt unauthorized access to said website and its server, or to any other server, computer and database connected to the company's website. The consumer also undertakes not to attack the website through a denial-of-service attack or through a distributed denial-of-service attack. Violation of this obligation may constitute a criminal offense according to the applicable Greek legislation. Any such violation will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities with whom the company will cooperate to reveal the identity of the cyber offender. Likewise, in the event of such violation, the consumer's right to use the company's website will be immediately terminated. At the same time, the company bears no responsibility for any loss or damage that may be caused by a denial-of-service attack, viruses or any other malicious and harmful software or technologically harmful material that may affect the consumer's computer, its components, data, and any other material thereof, due to the improper use of this website.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This website is protected based on the national and European legislation as well as international provisions on the protection of intellectual property, more specifically on the provisions of Law 2121/1993, as amended by Law 4212/2013. The entire content of the online store (e-shop), including but not limited to, tradenames, trademarks, images, graphics, photos, designs, texts, etc., are in their entirety as well as individually the intellectual property of the company.
Following the above, any copying, transfer, or creation of derivative processing based on this content, or any misleading of the public regarding the origin of either the actual provider of the online store or the products and services presented therein, is prohibited. Reproduction, republishing, uploading, communication, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any way or via any medium for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written consent of the company.

This website is simple, user-friendly and has been designed to meet its customers’ informational and purchasing needs. The company takes every possible measure to receive the correct data from the users, and for this reason, at the end of the data filling process, it is requested from the user to recheck and then send said information to the company together with the express consent for use of the filled-in data. Therefore, each user should be sure that the information submitted is correct and up to date, while in case of changes the user is obliged to inform the company via its website.
This Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions of Use of this website describe the method of data collection from this website and the use of this data by the company. This Privacy Statement refers exclusively to the personal data of the users, which they provide either when making a purchase and/or browsing and/or using the website’s services, for which they themselves consent to their use by the company. All the data provided to the website by the users fall under the strict personal data protection policy under current applicable law. The data are collected and are subject to processing under strict security and diligence, only after the consumer’s express consent has been provided to the company during the website’s use or the ordering process.
The data subject, that is the user, has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of his provided personal data at any time based on article 7 par. 3 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was based on consent prior to its withdrawal, while at the same time withdrawing consent is as easy as permitting it. Regarding the consent of a minor, the processing of personal data is lawful if the minor has reached the age of 16. If the minor is under the age of 16, such processing is lawful only if and to the extent that said consent is given or approved by the person exercising parental care of the child.

4.3. WHAT IS PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The term processing is defined as any act or sequence of acts carried out with or without the use of automated means on personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structure, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, information retrieval, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or any other form of disposal, association or combination, restriction, deletion, or destruction.

We inform you that the processing of your data is carried out either by our company and/or as an exception by third parties, who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and practice lawful collection, use and processing of said data. We will not sell your data to third parties. We inform you that under certain conditions, it is permitted or imposed by law or a court decision, the user’s collection, use and disclosure of personal data without their prior consent.
4.7. REGISTERED USERS
To better serve our customers and facilitate their future purchases, they can register as users at "Medisei" when they first make an order request to the company. The information that the user fills in in the special form remains in our company's system for the time period allowed by law, to serve the purpose for which they were collected and/or to exercise or defend the legal rights of the company.
Therefore, when sending an order request for the first time, it is suggested to the user to open an account with our company's e-shop and create a user profile that may include information such as the user's name, gender and date of birth, address, telephone number, email address and preferable payment method, accessible by using unique security codes for each user (username, password).
In this way, the user creates his own unique page, -a registered user page- in which the history of his purchases is recorded, and through which the latter can manage his/her personal information, see previous purchases, create a personal Wish List, etc.
When customers become registered users, they accept the installation of a session cookie to their system exclusively and only for their identification and their transactions, for the creation of their history as customers, which appears on their personal page and is visible only to them. The above session cookies have the purpose of serving the better management of the users' profile and their transactions, so that they are not obliged to repeat their details every time they visit our e-shop. Session cookies are deleted as soon as the user logs out of their account.
The provision of personal data by the customers means that they automatically consent to the use of said data by authorized employees of the online store for the reasons stated above. The online store requires its employees and IT technicians of its website to provide its users-customers with the level of security mentioned in this Privacy Statement. The e-shop cannot under any circumstances share and transfer to third parties the personal information of the users without their prior consent unless this is required by law.
5.COOKIES
Our e-shop may use cookies as part of the facilitation and proper operation of its services. Cookies are small files (text files), which are sent and stored on the user's computer, allowing websites such as www.medisei.gr and www.medisei.eu to function smoothly and without technical anomalies, to collect through them multiple user choices, to recognize frequent users, to facilitate their access, to collect data and to improve the content of the website.
Cookies do not cause damage to users' computers or to the files stored on them. The company uses Cookies to provide users with information, services, and to process their orders and they are automatically deleted after logout or account deletion from the online store.
6.DESCRIPTION OF ESHOP SERVICE
Consumers can browse our online store, freely choose the desired products and place them in the shopping cart should they wish to make a purchase. Then, following the indicated "steps", they must proceed to send their order request to us for its successful completion. Aiming at the best and most efficient service for our consumers, and for the purpose of facilitating their future purchases, they can opt to become registered users during their first order request at "Medisei", filling in the personal information requested in the corresponding registration form.
Upon completion of the order request, an automated message is displayed to the user with the order’s details, which is sent to the e-mail address provided to us. All consumer order requests received by our store are subject to current availability of the products included, with the corresponding availability check carried out during the process of order placement.
6.1. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Provided that the products included in the user's order request are available within the delivery time frame indicated in our online store, a detailed order confirmation message will be sent to the email address or to the mobile phone number that the user has provided. The shipment of the ordered products will be carried out within a reasonable time, that is in three (3) to five (5) business days, based on the delivery schedule of the partner logistics company.
6.2. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our company may communicate with the "customer" via e-mail or mobile phone message, personal data already provided to us by the “customer” during the order request placement or during registration, throughout the entire period until the delivery of the order, for any issue regarding the receipt, processing, fulfillment or transfer of the "customer’s" order or the payment and return of the products, or for any other issue that could arise during the period of us receiving the order request up to the execution and delivery of the order to the "customer".
6.3. PRICING
The price of each product is indicated next to or below each product. The listed prices include VAT. The store is entitled to adjust the prices of the available products without prior warning to the consumers, however, it is not entitled to modify the prices of the products included in the order during the period of time between receiving the order and the payment or the order’s execution and delivery to the "customer”.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your Online Order in one of the following ways:
7.1. CASH ON DELIVERY
Payment for orders by cash on delivery is accepted only for destinations within the Greek territory placed at www.medisei.gr. This service has a fee of 1.50 euros. This payment method is not available for orders over €500.
7.2 CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
When payment is made by credit or debit card, the process is completed by transfer to the bank’s secure and controlled environment, ensuring the confidentiality of the transaction. The customers will be automatically transferred to ALPHA BANK's secure environment where they will complete the payment. Card details are never stored in our systems.
Visa and Mastercard credit, debit and prepaid cards are accepted.
Transaction Security
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi e-Commerce" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
7.3 PAYPAL
To facilitate consumer purchases, the option to pay for the order via PayPal's secure environment is also available. Additional identification information may be requested from the consumer upon delivery of the order.
7.4 BANK DEPOSIT
This payment method is only available for orders made from Greece and delivered to destinations within the Greek territory placed at www.medisei.gr. The customer can pay for the order placed in our online store by bank deposit to the following accounts.
The customer's name and order number must be filled in the the appropriate field. After completion, the deposit slip must be sent to [email protected] within 2 days at the latest.
If a deposit is made to a bank other than the ones listed below, any transaction costs are borne by the customer.

8. SHIPPING METHODS AND SHIPPING FEES
Orders are processed and delivered on business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 1:00pm are processed the same day, while those placed on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are delivered by our logistics partner to the address that the customer has indicated while filling in the relevant details during the ordering process or in the registration form, in the case of a registered user.
After the package has been dispatched from the company's Warehouse, the consumer will receive a notification e-mail to the e-mail address stated when filling in his details, containing the order’s shipment number and the relevant order tracking link.
As described in section 2.3 hereof, the company is not responsible in cases of delayed delivery or failure to deliver the ordered products, due to reasons of force majeure (extreme weather phenomena, strikes, etc.), but must inform the "customer" so as he/she can state whether he/she wishes to complete the transaction under the new conditions.
8.1 DELIVERY IN GREECE
Order delivery to destinations in Greece is carried out via our logistics partner Speedex Courier, from Monday to Friday, with an estimated delivery time set at 1 to 3 working days. In hard-to-reach destinations the estimated delivery time is set at 2 to 5 working days. Shipping fees are as follows:
Free delivery for orders over 40,00 euro.
For orders less than 40,00 euro:
The shipping fee is 2.50 euros. In case of payment by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 1.50 euros is added for cash on delivery costs.
8.2 DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Order delivery to destinations in the following countries is carried out via our logistics partner DHL, from Monday to Friday, with an estimated delivery time set at 2 to 5 working days. Shipping fees are as follows:
Free delivery for orders over 70,00 euro.
For orders less than 70,00 euro the shipping fee is 14,90 euro.

Customs clearance charges: Delivery destinations may be updated at any time. In some countries there may be customs charges that apply to your order. We do not undertake to cover any payments that may be required by customs. We cannot control or predict these charges. We recommend that you ask for more information about this from your local customs authorities.
9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
9.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers can withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance, which includes online purchases made on our online store (e-shop). In case the consumer wishes to return to us a product bought from our online store (e-shop), he/she can exercise the right of withdrawal by following the procedure described in the following paragraphs and observing the following conditions.
Only the natural person who has the status of consumer when concluding the distance sales contract has the right of withdrawal. The term consumer includes any natural person who makes purchases from the company's online store for personal use and not to achieve professional and business goals or in the context of them.
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the day after the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer received the product.
According to European and National Legislation, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in cases where the products have been unsealed and used, when it comes to products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene related reasons. Therefore, the company does not recognize the right of withdrawal or return of products available in sealed packaging if they are returned after they have been unsealed or used. In case an exchange is needed, the product can be replaced with another one, provided that it has not been unsealed or used and the e-shop is informed within 14 days of receiving the product.
9.2. HOW TO EXERCISE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she must inform the company via an explicit statement by sending an e-mail to the email address [email protected]. The consumer is also given the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a completed withdrawal form by post or courier which is included in the order package delivered. In this case, the consumer bears the shipping costs of the return.
In case the consumer received a product that is defective or damaged or different from the one ordered, the customer can inform the company requesting a replacement or a refund. In case of replacement, the relevant costs are borne by the company.
9.3. CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be successful, the consumer must return the product in the exact same condition in which he/she received it (as new). The product must be unused and show no signs of deterioration or damage. In addition, it should be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the receipt received by the consumer upon delivery and by any document that accompanied the product along with the tags or labels attached to the product.
For hygiene reasons, product returns on deodorants, earrings, nail polishes are not accepted.
In case of returning products for the purchase of which the customer received free products as part of a promotion, the free products must also be returned.
9.4. CONSUMER OBLIGATIONS
The consumer can return the product either by post or by courier exclusively to the following address: MEDISEI A.E., TRYPIO LITHARI, MANDRA, ATTICA, POST CODE: 19600. In this case, the consumer bears the cost of return.
The products to be returned should be carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport. The company reserves the right to refuse the return of products that arrive damaged.
9.5. RESULTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If the consumer, following the formal procedure mentioned above, withdraws from the Distance Sales Contract, he/she will be refunded the amount paid for the returned product, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made with the same payment method used when purchasing the product. In case of payment by cash on delivery, the consumer should inform the company by providing details of a deposit account.
The refund will take place after the detailed examination of the returned product, and the consumer will be informed by email or mobile phone. The refund will be paid as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the day the company received the product and found it suitable for return, in accordance with the above. Subject to the above, the company may not issue a refund until it has received the product back and examined it.
