1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers can withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance, which includes online purchases made on our online store (e-shop). In case the consumer wishes to return to us a product bought from our online store (e-shop), he/she can exercise the right of withdrawal by following the procedure described in the following paragraphs and observing the following conditions.
Only the natural person who has the status of consumer when concluding the distance sales contract has the right of withdrawal. The term consumer includes any natural person who makes purchases from the company's online store for personal use and not to achieve professional and business goals or in the context of them.
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the day after the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer received the product.
According to European and National Legislation, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in cases where the products have been unsealed and used, when it comes to products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene related reasons. Therefore, the company does not recognize the right of withdrawal or return of products available in sealed packaging if they are returned after they have been unsealed or used. In case an exchange is needed, the product can be replaced with another one, provided that it has not been unsealed or used and the e-shop is informed within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. HOW TO EXERCISE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she must inform the company via an explicit statement by sending an e-mail to the email address [email protected] The consumer is also given the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a completed withdrawal form by post or courier which is included in the order package delivered. In this case, the consumer bears the shipping costs of the return.
In case the consumer received a product that is defective or damaged or different from the one ordered, the customer can inform the company requesting a replacement or a refund. In case of replacement, the relevant costs are borne by the company.
3. CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be successful, the consumer must return the product in the exact same condition in which he/she received it (as new). The product must be unused and show no signs of deterioration or damage. In addition, it should be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the receipt received by the consumer upon delivery and by any document that accompanied the product along with the tags or labels attached to the product.
For hygiene reasons, product returns on deodorants, earrings, nail polishes are not accepted.
In case of returning products for the purchase of which the customer received free products as part of a promotion, the free products must also be returned.
4. CONSUMER OBLIGATIONS
The consumer can return the product either by post or by courier exclusively to the following address: MEDISEI A.E., TRYPIO LITHARI, MANDRA, ATTICA, POST CODE: 19600. In this case, the consumer bears the cost of return.
The products to be returned should be carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport. The company reserves the right to refuse the return of products that arrive damaged.
5. RESULTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If the consumer, following the formal procedure mentioned above, withdraws from the Distance Sales Contract, he/she will be refunded the amount paid for the returned product, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made with the same payment method used when purchasing the product. In case of payment by cash on delivery, the consumer should inform the company by providing details of a deposit account.
The refund will take place after the detailed examination of the returned product, and the consumer will be informed by email or mobile phone. The refund will be paid as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the day the company received the product and found it suitable for return, in accordance with the above. Subject to the above, the company may not issue a refund until it has received the product back and examined it.
